  • We don’t give away everything on the cheap around here, but we believe in low cost solutions:

    (a) to at least help get people started, and

    (b) quickly answer questions when and where we’re able.

  • We generally work with creatives, educators, coaches, consultants, and service providers. Think wedding vendors, designers, business coaches, online course creators and the like. If your business fits into this world, this resource will probably be great.

This resource isn’t for construction businesses, large commercial industries, or anything highly technical like those which may have their own laws.

  • ABSOLUTELY NOT. This is a “getting started” resource. It’s not comprehensive, and we can’t guarantee it’s current as states update their laws all the time.

  • After grabbing the cheat sheet, we will send you an email. In that email if will invite you to book a 30 minute consultation with us if you’d like help navigating or interpreting the Cheat Sheet for your own business.

  • Great! It’s not that scary. And we know fabulous HR people. We will be happy to refer you, AFTER we make sure you have a sound legal foundation in place to do so.
