The Club is a 1 time payment, so we don’t see it as a membership. However, we add new templates each month, have a support community, and take template requests.

Basically, I’ve thought about changing it to a membership structure (because TBH I know it’d make us a lot more money). If I did, the only thing that’d need to change is the payment structure. However, I’ve chosen to keep it as is to give an affordable option for business owners to get one of the most essential legal layers of protection, contracts.

If you want to ensure perfect compliance with your specific state's nuances, we recommend having a local attorney review your customized contract (which will cost far less than having them draft one from scratch).

Our templates are specifically drafted for U.S.-based businesses using American contract law. However, many of our international members (in Canada, UK, Australia, Europe) have successfully adapted our templates with help from a local attorney in their country. The core structure and clauses provide an excellent foundation that can be modified for your jurisdiction. Just remember to have a lawyer in your country review before using.
