Besties HQ: A members-only club for action-taking business owners who don't want to do it alone.

In Besties HQ, you will set your business goals, identify the numbers to get you there; and track, discuss, and adjust your plan over the next 12 months — with the accountability and community to actually follow through.

You know the saying — you're only as good as the company you keep?

But unfortunately your friends and family just don’t get what you do or seem to care enough to even try. And your current company is just you, your pet, your coffee mug, and your AI sounding board that you’re probably leaning on a bit too much.

Every decision in your business lands on you and only you, like what to sell and when, how to price it, to whom, and how to get your people the best results.

That's the gap Besties HQ is built to close.

What is a mastermind

--

What is a mastermind --

  • ACCORDING TO GOOGLE

A business mastermind is a small group of entrepreneurs or leaders who meet regularly to share advice, solve problems, and hold each other accountable.

    How It Works

    • Peer Advisory: Members act as a board of directors for one another, offering honest feedback and sharing real-world experience.

    • Hot Seat Sessions: One person shares a current challenge or goal, and the rest of the group offers solutions and ideas.

    • Regular Meetings: Groups typically meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, either online or in person.

    • Strict Confidentiality: Members share honest struggles because private details stay within the group.

  • WHAT IT'S NOT

A business mastermind is NOT a group coaching program. The purpose is NOT to come and seek guidance and consulting from one figure head. It is also not:

    • An online course or workshop,

    • A traditional networking event where you pitch your services,

    • Or just a casual unstructured chat.

  • WHERE IT COMES FROM

The concept of a mastermind is believed to have stemmed from the author Napoleon Hill in his 1925 book The Law of Success and later popularized in his 1937 classic, Think and Grow Rich.

It’s all about synergy and the idea that two minds together can produce more than two minds independently.

  • Why besties hq is different

Most masterminds gate the door with revenue minimums or a who-do-you-know application process. Besties HQ is our own version of a members only club, a virtual one, where the the exclusivity isn’t about who you know or how much you make.

At headquarters we only gate-keep for good people. Those who are willing to bring their knowledge and expertise to help their peers. No assholes allowed.

ARE YOU IN?

If you have read the above, are onboard with our version of a mastermind, and you’re:

  • ready to actually do the work,

  • set the goal,

  • track the numbers,

  • and show up to your Boardroom meetings,

then, you're exactly the type of bestie we want in this club.

how it works:

When you join HQ, you’ll be assigned to your very own “Boardroom” because we all need a panel of experts that dedicate time each month to our own biggest business questions. Your Boardroom is your mastermind group/pod.

We match Boardrooms by:

  1. revenue stage assuming folks at similar revenue levels are facing similar challenges and have similar experiences and expertise to help one another.

  2. service category: while we want to match service providers with service providers and thought leaders with thought leaders, we also want diversity of businesses in the room as there’s value in perspectives outside your niche industry. In other words, your Boardroom will not be a group of direct competitors.

Your Boardroom meets monthly, led by someone from our team, implementing our Profit Rx framework along with a predictable, monthly structure.

our framework:

We combine a simple monthly meeting system along with our signature framework.

1. GOAL SETTING

First we look at your long term vision to set your 1 year goal, and then we break that into quarterly objectives. This is done with a kick off workshop from our team

2. KPI IDENTIFICATION

You determine which handful of data points you need to track progress towards those objectives

3. ACCOUNTABILITY REPORTS

Each month, you’ll complete your Profit Report to track revenue, expenses, profit, your key performance indicators, and your own reflections on your progress along with what you wish to tackle on your monthly Boardroom hot seat

the reports

4. BOARDROOM MEETINGS

Once a month, you’ll meet with your Boardroom and get 15 minutes to share a question, problem, or idea with your group for feedback.

communication:

You have two points of access to your besties outside your monthly Boardroom call.

  1. Connect with your Boardroom peers in a small moderated Voxer group.

  2. Connect with folks outside your own Boardroom in our “Water Cooler” online community.

set your goal:

Besties HQ doesn't hand you a fixed outcome to chase. Some members are working toward their first sale. Some are trying to hit $30k. Some are already past $200k and want to build a business that actually works for their life instead of running them into the ground. You might want to increase the conversion rate of your biggest offer, find a new offer to bring in consistent monthly revenue, or find a way to work less and earn the same.

Regardless, the program adapts to YOUR goal.

You just need to set one that’s measurable and trackable. And we will help you do it.

Hi Bestie!

--

Hi Bestie! --

my why:

My first few years of business were rough. I was desperate for camaraderie and frustrated constantly. My parents didn’t ask questions about what I did. My husband’s friends all thought I was a stay-at-home spouse with just a “cute little business” (a hobby really in their eyes). And I was quickly losing touches with all the friends I’d met in college and prior jobs.

It felt like me alone, in my office, with no one in my corner telling me I could make a real living while doing things my own way. I got this cute little WeWork office just to make some friends.

Luckily, I met some friends and turned it around. First, I formed a small business networking group with some local folks who also hated the formality of BNI. We met every month for two years. We even started a little side business together. It didn’t last long, but we learned a lot.

Then, I took a real leap of faith and joined a $10,000 mastermind when my bank account showed I had no business doing so. Each month I was scrambling to find the money to make my payments. But that ended up being the best investment I ever made. 6 years later, I still meet monthly with my same 5 business besties. Like clockwork. The 2nd Wednesday of each month at Noon. And we chat almost everyday in our group text. They’re basically my virtual co-workers.

During those 6 years. I also took Amy Porterfield’s program, Digital Course Academy. Through her alumni membership, Momentum I created a peer pod. Shoutout to the Real Housewives of Momentum.  We met bi-weekly for two years.

And now I’m in another similar group that meets monthly.

Almost every pivotal decision I’ve made in my business has been done with the help of my peers. They were instrumental in me creating my Unf*ck Your Biz® program and the Contract Club®.

They gave me advice to grow my affiliate program. And the encourage to start offering trademark services (which have no brought in over $200,000 in revenue).

They helped me navigate the launch, and then retirement, and then relaunch of the podcast.

We’ve brainstormed each new brands I’ve created. Talked through the logos, the color palettes, the names, and everything else. They’ve talked me down during those months where I’ve just wanted to burn it all down, and sometimes they’re just there when I needed someone who understands my business to tell me I’m doing ok.

I couldn’t have gotten where I am without my business besties. And now my biggest goal is to help you find community and accountability to take

Cheers,

Braden
